つきましては、誠に心苦しいお願いではございますが、下記の通り、サービス料金を改定させていただくこととなりましたので、ご案内申し上げます。 

お客様にご負担をお掛けすることになり、誠に申し訳ございませんが、今後も変わらぬご愛顧を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
