[Prayer echoes everywhere]
Sibelius's 6th Symphony is a piece of prayer music written against the backdrop of deceased friends and the devastation of war. This is an old work that utilizes research into Renaissance music and church music.
Schubert's Symphony No. 8, ``The Great'', is the fruition of a young man's dream of ``writing a symphony as great as the 9th'', who admired Beethoven.
The ``longing for something gentle'' crystallized through these two composers. Enjoy its unique expression with the Classica, which specializes in clean and spacious sounds.
