2024夏公演「女盗賊 闇猫組」
"A mysterious band of thieves! We are the Yamoneko-gumi!"
In the streets of Edo, a band of thieves calling themselves the Yamoneko-gumi were operating in secret, and Hasegawa Heizo, an Arson and Theft Control Agency, stepped up his crackdown. Echigoya Machiko and Okazaki Tomonoshin joined them and plotted a new way to make money. Meanwhile, popular artist Sharaku is looking for a subject for his next ukiyo-e painting and goes to see his childhood friend Karen. As time goes by, the disparate stories start to mix and intertwine.
An entertaining period drama with exciting characters fighting, dancing, laughing and crying, activating all five senses. Who on earth are the Yamoneko-gumi? An original story that creates a new interpretation of Edo culture!
