Yoroboshi
Takayasu Village, Kawachi Province (Osaka Prefecture). Michitoshi Takayasu, who believed someone's slander and banished his son Shuntokumaru, is carrying out the execution at Tennoji Temple to atone for his sins. Then Shuntokumaru, a blind beggar, appears, receives the punishment without knowing his father, praises Buddha, and talks about the origin of Tennoji. Eventually, it was time for Nissokan (the practice of imagining the Pure Land while looking at the sunset). In Shuntokumaru's mind's eye, the familiar scenery of Namba no Ura emerges vividly. Shuntokumaru instinctively starts walking. However, due to the sadness of being blind, he bumps into a passerby and falls down... A blind boy is drawn to plum blossoms falling on his sleeve and admires their scent. Noh depicts a purified theme with clear poetry and sadness.
Hachikurenga (Hachikurenga)
The lender goes to collect on a man who is not paying back his debt. The two, who are also friends in renga, skillfully compose their renga to urge debt repayment and make excuses. Kyogen skillfully combines debt with renga, which was popular at the time.
Ikari Kazuki
Hayatomonoura, Nagato Province (Yamaguchi Prefecture). A monk connected to the Heike family hears from an old boatman that Noto no Kami Noritsune held the Aki brothers on either side of him during the battle of Dan-no-ura and sank to the bottom of the waves to join the dead. Eventually, the ghosts of both the Genji and Heike armies emerge from the sea aboard numerous military vessels, and the Battle of Shura begins. The spirit of Taira no Tomomori, the great general of the Heike clan, shows his courage and courage with a great long sword in his hand, but to make himself stronger, he places an anchor on two armored helmets and two helmets, and sinks back into the sea. It was... Noritsune and Tomomori. A Noh drama depicting the brave end of two warlords at Dan-no-ura and the end of the Heike clan in the style of a military tale.
