On his way to pay a pilgrimage to Sumiyoshi Tamatsushima, Ki no Tsurayuki suddenly found himself at dusk and it started to rain heavily. An old Miyamori appeared there carrying an umbrella and a lantern, and encouraged Tsurayuki to dedicate a poem to the deity, as this was the sacred grounds of Aritsuchi Myojin. The Miyamori was impressed by Tsurayuki's poem and offered a prayer, revealing that he was Aritsuchi Myojin himself...
Funa Benkei
In Omonoura, Settsu Province, Yoshitsune and his servants are pursued by their brother Yoritomo and flee to the west. Worried about their future, Yoshitsune tells her to return to the capital, and Shizuka dances in tears to celebrate Yoshitsune's departure. As the group sets sail, a sudden storm occurs, and the ghosts of the Heike clan rise to the surface of the sea like clouds of mist. Among them, the vengeful spirit of Taira Tomomori attacks Yoshitsune with a long sword in his hand...
