Yuichiro Tamura, a contemporary artist, has worked on installations and performances that create a multi-layered story while crossing reality and fiction, using a unique form of reflection that is not bound by the traditional art domain.
The Kyoto Art Theater, Shunshuza, where the work will be announced this time, is a theater with about 800 seats designed to accommodate the performance of contemporary drama while being based on a full-fledged Kabuki style. This is Tamura's first opportunity to present his work at a theater, but how do you view the environment of a theater set up for performing arts?
