Refunds for customers seeking tickets at GETTIIS
* Refunds are only for the ticket price.
A-1. Passengers who have not yet issued (collected) a ticket by credit card payment
No customer action is required.
Refunds will be made through the credit card at the time of purchase, so please check your statement.

Cash will be refunded at Seven-Eleven stores where tickets are issued.
(Scan the bar code on the left side of the ticket at the cash register and refund it in cash on the spot.)
