リラックスパフォーマンス（言語：Relaxed Performance）は、劇場空間での鑑賞に不安がある方のためにアレンジされた公演形態です。照明や音量レベルを調整して障害のある方にとっての感覚的な刺激をできるだけ排除する他、「上演中でも客席から出ることができる」「多少の話し声やざわつきを許容する雰囲気を醸成する」等、通常のバレエ公演の鑑賞マナーを緩和し、自閉症やADHDの症状などにより公演鑑賞機会が限られている方々や、バレエ鑑賞が初めての小さなお子様連れのご家族も、構えずにリラックスして鑑賞していただくことを趣旨としています。
今回は古典バレエの代表的な演目である「白鳥の湖」と「くるみ割り人形」を、それぞれの見どころを抜粋して上演予定です。

Relaxed Performance (Language: Relaxed Performance) is a form of performance arranged for those who are concerned about viewing in a theater space. In addition to eliminating as much sensory stimulation as possible for people with disabilities by adjusting the lighting and volume levels, it is possible to leave the audience seats even during the performance, and to foster an atmosphere that allows for some chatter and noise. We have eased the etiquette for watching regular ballet performances, so that people who have limited opportunities to watch performances due to symptoms such as autism and ADHD, as well as families with small children who are new to ballet, can relax and relax. The purpose is for you to appreciate it.
This time, we are planning to perform ``Swan Lake'' and ``The Nutcracker,'' two representative works of classical ballet, with excerpts of the highlights of each.
