Relaxed Performance (original language: Relaxed Performance) is a form of performance arranged for those who are concerned about viewing in a theater space. It was first introduced in the UK and is now spreading to major theaters and ballet companies in Europe and the US.
Relaxation performances are a little more relaxing than regular ballet performances, so people who need a little support due to autism or ADHD symptoms, and children who are new to ballet, can relax and watch without having to worry. You can enjoy it. Of course, we also welcome those who feel that normal theater etiquette is a bit uncomfortable or who would like to watch ballet in a more relaxed manner.
