overview [A ballet performance that everyone can enjoy, regardless of whether they have a disability or not]
The classic ballet masterpieces "Swan Lake" and "The Nutcracker" are set to music by Tchaikovsky, which are universally popular. These two works have been condensed into one act each, about 45 minutes long, while keeping the story flow intact. The speedy development has been reconstructed so that even small children can enjoy it without getting bored.
In "Swan Lake," there will be explanations before and during the performance, and in "The Nutcracker," the character Drosselmeyer will guide you through the show, so you don't have to worry about not understanding the show.
Furthermore, this performance is a "relaxed performance" with relaxed viewing etiquette compared to regular ballet performances. It is suitable for people with disabilities, those who are watching ballet for the first time, and families with small children. We look forward to seeing you all.
[Request to all visitors]
This performance will be conducted with a more relaxed attitude towards viewing etiquette than would be expected at a regular ballet performance. Please understand that there may be some movement, noise, and talking during the performance.
What is Relaxed Performance?
Relaxing performances are a form of performance that aims to enable people who have anxiety about watching a performance in a theater space due to symptoms such as autism or ADHD to enjoy performing arts.
Since 2018, Star Dancers Ballet has been hosting relaxing performances.
